How much is 1 dose: 2 pillules for everyone. Or 2 drops if a water remedy. for water remedies make sure that you shake (bang it on yoru hand a few times) beofre use. Drop remedy under tongue, do not touch the dropper on any part of the mouth or tongue.

Pillules – how do I take them? just suck on the pillules till they dissolve.
If a baby is struggling with pillules? You can put 2 pills in a glass of water then stir with a plastic spoon. Take out one teaspoon and dose witht that. Each time you need dose stir then 1 teaspoon for the dose. This can be a good option to make your pillules last a bit longer too if you are using the same remedy repeatedly.
If pills are stuck together ? Bang the container, the pills will separate and dispense easily. If two pills stick together leave them stuck together.
DO NOT TOUCH THE PILLS WITH YOUR FINGERS. • Homoeopathics should be not be taken straight after eating. • Homoeopathics absorb better into a clean palate. • Take homoeopathic medicine before eating. • If you have just eaten, allow 5 minutes. • You can eat straight after taking the remedies. • Easiest is, first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.
When taking more than one homoeopathic medicine: allow 30 minutes between each remedy.
Can a baby choke on the pillules if they’re only 1-5 months old? No, the pillules are small, taste nice and dissolve easily. If you’re concerned, can dissolve in water and give the child a teaspoon for a dose.
How come some of the pillules are white and others more opaque? Different suppliers have slightly different colours of the pillules.
Where should I store my homeopathics?
Keep all your remedies together in a lunch box, in a cupboard away from strong smells

This time of year there are many cases of whooping cough that I see, in fact I see quite a few cases each year.
This case a mum brings in her 3 kids to see me all with confirmed Whooping Cough.
The 3 kids range from 9 months to 7 years. All eat a good diet and have pretty robust immune systems.

They set off with a huge container of Sodium ascorbate and a few remedies to help treat the cough as it changes.
3 weeks on and the mum reports that as long as she stays on top of the Sodium ascorbate and the remedies the cough is totally manageable.
Such a great outcome

This is a yummy and super quick meal

Prawn and sundried tomato spaghetti with rocket

ingredients • Spaghetti – I chose gluten free one this week, but I have used the black bean one and have used mung bean spaghetti all taste great
• Prawns
• chilli
• Onion
• Garlic
• Rocket
• White wine
• Salt & pepper
• Lemon – juice and zest • Butter • 8 – 10 Sun dried tomatoes in a bit of oil – blitz in food processor

Cook spaghetti
Chop up onion and garlic and sauté in big pan with butter / ghee for a couple of minutes, add chilli and sundried tomatoes and prawns, cook for further 2 minutes, then add half a cup of white wine and salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Once spaghetti is cooked drain and add in large pan. Turn off the heat. Add a small bag of baby rocket, lemon juice of one lemon and a small amount of zest from lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together and server.
Enjoy – this is my go-to meal when I have very limited time. And the kids love it!

TETANUS - all the things you need to know

Tetanus is an anaerobic bacteria meaning it can't survive in oxygenated environments, so if the wound bled, (there is lots of oxygen in blood then there cant be tetanus. So make it bleed people…

Some doctors will have you believe that any metal (rusty or not) can cause you to get tetanus! Tetanus is normally found in manure/dirt and not on a clean plumbing fixture, furniture corner, or household objects. SO if you cut your hand on the kitchen knife or the gate that is clean then you will not get Tetanus.
In the case of a deep puncture wound that did not bleed, caused by an object that had tetanus bacteria on it, you literally can NOT "vaccinate" against a bacterial infection AFTER the exposure. Contrary to what I have been told in the ER beofre. The tetanus vaccine is not an instant tetanus killer; it would take weeks for your body to produce enough antibodies (provided the vaccine is even successful at all) to kill tetanus.
So if you are actually concerned about a genuine Tetanus exposure and you were looking ofr the medical option to help then it is the TiG shot (tetanus immunoglobulin), which is an anti-toxin and not a vaccine that you are after. You will probably need to educate the doctor about this so please make sure you remember this info.
Now how do we deal with this naturally? Well I’m glad you asked…
1. Make the wound bleed!
2. Wash out the wound with colloidal silver and hydrogen peroxide
3. Make the wound bleed some more.
4. Take huge amounts of vitamin c – sit just below bowel tolerance for at least 4 days
5. Ledum and hypericum are 2 homeopathic remedies to think of when treating suspected tetanus.

Oh and FYI there is no single tetanus vaccine in Australia they use Dtap 3-in-1 cocktail vaccine consisting of Diphtheria, Tetanus & Pertussis (whooping cough) or Td (tetanus and diphtheria). #jospies #homeopath #homeopathy #kinesiology #health #wellness #healthandwellness #natural
