This is a 2 hour online workshop, It is as easy as clicking a few buttons and you can watch from your phone or computer. This is a recorded session that I ran a month or so ago.  The best part is you can do it in your pj’s in the comfort of your home.

This workshop you will learn about how to deal with common illness naturally without the need for pharmaceutical drugs. You will understand the role of fevers and what to do when you or your child has a fever. You will earn tips and tricks for a range of illnesses such as ear aches, tummy bugs, cuts, scrapes, and burns and much more. All whilst compiling a list of things you can add to your healing cupboard, so that you are ready to deal with any family illness or first aid situation.
