Jo has dedicated more than 20 years to the health and wellbeing of her clients, supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, children's health and chronic conditions.
Her areas of expertise include gut health, detoxification, complex disability coaching, homeopathic fertility treatment, autoimmune conditions and more.
Jo is also a doula, birth educator, lactation consultant and kinesiologist.
