Designs for Health Tri-Mag Restful Night combines three forms of magnesium with Affron® saffron extract, passionflower and California poppy to support sleep quality and refreshing, restorative sleep.

Each capsule provides 75 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium glycinate, glycerophosphate and citrate. The formula also includes passionflower and California poppy, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support sleep.

Active ingredients per capsule

• Magnesium glycinate 265.96 mg, equivalent to magnesium 37.50 mg.

• Magnesium glycerophosphate 199.92 mg, equivalent to magnesium 25 mg.

• Magnesium citrate 77.34 mg, equivalent to magnesium 12.50 mg.

• Saffron (Crocus sativus) stigma extract (Affron®) 14 mg, equivalent to minimum dry stigma 42 mg.

• California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) flowering herb extract 37.50 mg, equivalent to minimum dry herb 750 mg.

• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flowering herb extract 15 mg, equivalent to minimum dry herb 1.5 g.

Total elemental magnesium: 75 mg per capsule.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules with water once daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.
