Mag Theanine | Orthoplex 60 Tablets

Orthoplex Mag Theanine combines magnesium glycinate, L-theanine and glycine to calm the mind, support healthy sleeping patterns and relieve symptoms of stress.

L-theanine supports relaxation, mental focus and clarity, while magnesium supports nervous system health, brain function and healthy mood balance.

Each tablet provides 150 mg of magnesium and approximately 1,000 mg of total glycine, including the glycine supplied by magnesium glycinate.

Active ingredients per tablet

• L-theanine 200 mg.

• Magnesium glycinate 1,077 mg, providing magnesium 150 mg and glycine approximately 922 mg.

• Glycine 77.6 mg.

Dietary suitability

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Free from gluten, dairy, soy protein and sulfites.

Directions

Adults only: Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Warnings and storage

Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
