Swisse Nutra+ 2’ -FL + Mood is a formula that features 2’-Fucosyllactose (2’-FL HMO), a prebiotic that is found in human breast milk and has been found to exclusively feed good gut bacteria.
It combines Saffron (Affron®) at a clinically studied dose of 28 mg1 daily to support healthy emotional balance and reduce symptoms of stress with Theanine (Alphawave®) at a clinically supported dose of 200 mg2 to calm the mind.

Ingredients
Each film coated tablet contains:
- 2'-Fucosyllactose 600 mg
- Saffron (Crocus sativus extract 14 mg) from dry stigma 42 mg
- Theanine 100 mg.
Directions + Warnings
Adult Dosage:
One tablet 2 times a day, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings:
- Adults only.
- Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
- Not to be taken on the same day with other products containing 2'-fucosyllactose.
- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
